From Darkness to Light
Reading: Ephesians 5:8-14
Devotional: You were once darkness itself, not merely in darkness. This profound truth reveals that without Christ, we don't just experience darkness—we embody it. But transformation has occurred. Now you ARE light in the Lord. This isn't about trying harder or being better; it's about whose you are. Your identity shift from darkness to light happened the moment Christ entered your life. Today, reflect on this truth: you don't just have light, you are light. The enemy wants to steal this identity because he knows that when you truly understand who you are in Christ, you become dangerous to his kingdom. Walk confidently today as a child of light, knowing greater is He who is in you than any darkness around you.
Reflection Question: What areas of my life still feel dark, and how can I invite God's light into those places?
