Day 1: Adopted Into Royalty
Reading: Romans 8:15-17
Devotional: You didn't receive a spirit that makes you a slave to fear. You received the Spirit of adoption, making you a child of the King. Think about that - the Creator of the universe calls you His child. You're not working to earn His love; you already have it. The slave mentality says you're never good enough, but your Father says you're accepted in the Beloved. Today, reject the lie that you must perform for approval. You're royalty - not because of what you do, but because of whose you are. When you mess up, you don't face punishment from a cruel master; you run to a loving Father who extends grace. Declare today: "I am His, and He is mine."
Reflection Question: What areas of your life are you still trying to "earn" God's love instead of receiving it freely?
