• Faith is a GUARANTEE and a PROOF

Hebrews 11:1 - Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.

• Faith is the reflection or image of a reality

II Corinthians 4:18 - While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal.

• Faith is a product of knowledge or knowing God

Romans 10:17 - So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.

• Faith is an ACTION.

Acts 14:7-10 - 7. And there they preached the gospel. 8. And there sat a certain man at Lystra, impotent in his feet, being a cripple from his mother's womb, who never had walked; 9.The same heard Paul speak: who stedfastly beholding him, and perceiving that he had faith to be healed, 10. aid with a loud voice, Stand upright on thy feet. And he leaped and walked.

• Faith is believing you receive something before you perceive (receive) it.

Mark 11:24 - Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.

• Faith is a WAY of LIFE.

Hebrews 10:38 - Now the just shall live by faith: but if any man draw back, my soul shall have no pleasure in him.
Romans 1:17 - For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith.
Galatians 3:11 - But that no man is justified by the law in the sight of God, it is evident: for, The just shall live by faith.
Hebrews 11:6 - Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.

• Faith is speaking what you believe.

II Corinthians 4:13 - We having the same spirit of faith, according as it is written, I believed, and therefore have I spoken; we also believe, and therefore speak;
Romans 4:17 - (As it is written, I have made thee a father of many nations,) before him whom he believed, even God, who quickeneth the dead, and calleth those things which be not as though they were.

• Faith is a FIGHT.

I Timothy 6:12 - Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, whereunto thou art also called, and hast professed a good profession before many witnesses.
Hebrews 10:23 - Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised;)

• Faith is a response to God's Grace or accesses God's Grace..

I Ephesians 2:8 - For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:
Romans 5:2 - By whom also we have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God.

• Faith is a LAW or spiritual force that manifests the power of God.

Romans 3:27- Where is boasting then? It is excluded. By what law? of works? Nay: but by the law of faith.

• Faith needs HOPE and PATIENCE.

I Romans 4:18 - Who against hope believed in hope, that he might become the father of many nations, according to that which was spoken, So shall thy seed be.
Hebrews 10:35,36 - 35. Cast not away therefore your confidence, which hath great recompence of reward. 36.For ye have need of patience, that, after ye have done the will of God, ye might receive the promise.
