Let It Flow

What happens when the spiritual flow we once knew feels like it has dried up? This message takes us deep into the story of Isaac in Genesis 26, where he returns to the wells his father Abraham dug, only to find them stopped up by the Philistines. The wells had not been destroyed. The water was still there. But the access had been blocked. That single truth is the heartbeat of everything we explore here. God has not moved, and the source has not failed. But sometimes life, sin, bitterness, distraction, fear, or unresolved offense can dam the river and restrict the flow of what God wants to release in our lives. We are challenged to ask ourselves an honest question: what is blocking the well? Not whether God still has water, but what we have allowed to get in the way of receiving it. The imagery of a clogged aerator, a cracked cistern, and a stopped-up well all point to the same reality. Spiritual dryness is often not about God withdrawing. It is about something getting in the way. And the good news is that what can be blocked can also be unblocked.
